Items must be:

Unworn and in new condition
Shipped with the original packing slip
Postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.

When purchasing with a discount code the refund or store credit will be given in the amount of the discount value paid on the original order.

Note: Face Mask are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Sale items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

START YOUR RETURN

Your printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. A $6.99 fee will be charged when using the label to return items for a refund.

Store Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned to our flagship store in chicago.

Gift Returns

Received a gift that;s not your style? No problem. Items purchased between 11/15/24 and 12/25/24 must be postmarked by 1/31/25 to be eligible for a return. All items must be unworn and in new condition. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item within the return.

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more. $6.95 with orders under $99. Arrives in approximately 5–7 business days.

Next Day

$34.95. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. Arrives the next business day thru UPS. Note: Only available for orders shipped within the continental US. All orders placed after noon ET ship next the business day. Please note we do not offer weekend delivery.

Canada Standard

Free shipping to Canada on orders of $99 USD or more and $19 USD with orders under $99 USD. Customs duties and taxes will be charged in addition to the shipping fees and will be calculated before checkout. Arrives in approximately 2–10 business days.
