Items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please also include the original packing slip when returning any items.

For holiday returns, items purchased starting November 14th must be postmarked by February 13th. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item with the return.

Returns & Exchanges (Domestic)

Step 01

Complete the online Returns Or Exchanges Form >

Step 02

After submitting the Returns Form, a link to your shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the pre-paid label from the email and attach it to your return package.

Step 03

For exchanges, simply search and select the replacement items you wish to receive.

Please Note

Using the pre-paid shipping label is not required. A $5.99 fee will be charged when using the label for returning items for a refund. For exchanges, this fee will be waived in addition to free outbound shipping of your replacement items.

Returning 1 or 2 shirts purchased as part of the 3/$140 deal? Please note, this special pricing does not apply to the shirt(s) you keep.

Gift Returns

Received a gift that's not your style? No problem, we'll issue you credit for the value of any unwanted items.

STEP 01: Email us the details

Email us at: giftreturns@thetiebar.com with the below details:

a. Your name and phone number
b. The purchaser's name and/or email
c. Order ID (included on packing slip if gift was shipped directly)
d. Item description/quantity (include a picture if that helps!)
e. After sending the email, a link to your shipping label will be emailed to you (please allow one business day)

STEP 02: Treat Yourself

Once we've received your return package, you'll be emailed a gift code for the value of the return.

Returns (International)

To request a return, please email us at: info@thetiebar.com with the following details:
a. Order ID
b. Item description/quantity
Please send the unwanted products to our address with your chosen shipping provider. Any international packages shipped imposing duty payment upon us will be refused by The Tie Bar.

Please note: Duties and customs cannot be refunded for international returns.
