RETURNS

Return Policy

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition
  • Shipped with the original packing slip
  • Postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Note: When calculating your refund for shirts included in the 3/$140 promotion, please know kept items will be valued at full retail price.

Returning or exchanging is easy! Simply log in to your account and start your return. If you don't have an account, please create one with the same email address you used to place your order.

Your printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. A $5.99 fee will be charged when using the label to return items for a refund, or returns for a store credit are free.

Returns (International)

For details or to request an international return, email info@thetiebar.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Item description and quantity

Store Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned to any of our physical locations.

GIFT RETURNS

Not your style? No problem. We will issue store credit for the value of your unwanted item. Send a message to giftreturns@thetiebar.com and include as many of the details below as possible:

  • Your name and phone number
  • The purchaser's name and/or email
  • Order ID (included on packing slip if gift was shipped directly)
  • Item Description/Quantity (include a picture if that helps!)

After submitting the email, a link to your mailing label will be emailed to you (please allow one business day). Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail and attach to your return package. Once we have received your return, you will be emailed a gift code for the value of your return.
