What is the status of my refund or store credit?

Refunds and store credits are typically processed within 24 hours of your return being scanned by the post office. Store credits are prioritized and processed first, as soon as the return label is scanned at the post office. Refunds to the original form of payment are processed once the return has been received by the carrier.
