Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
Before contacting support:
Check around entrances, lockers, or mailrooms
Ask neighbors or front desk staff
Wait 48 hours for final delivery
Still missing after 48 hours?
Contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
