My order is delayed, what should I do?

It may take up to 24 hours after a shipping label has been created for your package to begin tracking movement. If there’s no update after that 24-hour window, please know this does not necessarily mean your package is lost. Sometimes packages are not scanned accurately during transit.
In these cases, we recommend waiting for the full processing and delivery timeframe based on your selected shipping method. If that timeframe passes and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@thetiebar.com, we’ll be happy to help.
