What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
First and foremost, we want you to be happy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our items, you may return them for a refund or exchange them for new items.*
We ship all domestic exchanges for free through our Standard service, even if you add additional items to your original order!
To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please also include the original packing slip when returning any items.
The first step is to fill out and submit your order information through our on-line Returns Form: Click Here!
After submitting the Returns Form, a link to your prepaid label will be emailed to you. Print the pre-paid shipping label from the e-mail and attach to your return package. Please keep this email as it will also contain the link to track your return shipment.
A $5.99 fee will be charged for returning items using the pre-paid label. You can either leave the package in your mail box or drop it off at any United States Postal Service (USPS) location.
Any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card. We do not refund shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return, depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
We don't offer prepaid labels for customers residing outside the contiguous US. For these customers, please send back the materials to our address with your chosen shipping provider. If you are returning a shipment internationally, be sure to mark it with NO VALUE. Any international packages shipped to us that are marked with any value (thus imposing duty payment upon us) will be refused by The Tie Bar.

*Please note that our return policy does not apply to re-sellers, tie of the month club members, custom or specially-placed orders or e-gift certificates.
*RESTOCK FEE FOR GROUP ORDERS: Please note that for returns of ten (10) or more items of the same design, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to you. So if you aren't sure the item you see is the right color for you, just order one - and if it doesn't work for you, send it back for the refund! And if it does, order the rest!
And don't worry - there is no re-stocking fee if you are just exchanging your group of items for a new design!
By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 30-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
