Return Policy

Items must be:
  • Unworn and in new condition
  • Shipped with the original packing slip
  • Postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.

When purchasing with a discount code the refund or store credit will be given in the amount of the discount value paid on the original order.

Note: Face Mask are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Sale items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning is easy! Simply start your return below to get started. We offer returns for a refund or store credit. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to  info@thetiebar.com.

Your printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail. There is a $6.99 return shipping charge for the use of the label when returning for a refund.

International Returns

For details or to request an international return, email  info@thetiebar.com  with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Item description and quantity

Store Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned for a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase.
Items purchased online can be returned to our  flagship store in Chicago.

Gift Returns

Received a gift that’s not your style? No problem. All items must be unworn and in new condition. When returning an order where a promo item was received, please include the promo item within the return.
