What is your return/exchange policy?
First and foremost, we want you to be happy.
So if you are not 100% satisfied with our items, you may return them for a full refund or exchange them for new items.*
We ship all domestic exchanges to you for free!
To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

However, if you are sending products back for exchange and purchasing new items, that means you have created a new unique order and therefore, you will be charged a new shipping fee ($5.99 for standard shipping).
Credit for your return will be issued back onto the credit card that you used. Naturally, we do not refund for any shipping charges.
We highly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation. Be sure to include your receipt with the return, and you will receive the exchange or a credit back on the charge card used in the purchase within 3 business days from the day we receive the merchandise. Make sure you pay the full cost for postage because we do not accept any packages by COD or that have postage due.
For USPS orders, we highly discourage refusing packages and marking them "Return to Sender" as they either slowly arrive back to us (delaying your
refund) or never make it back here at all. You will NOT receive a refund if your package does not arrive here.
For UPS orders, if you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the full cost of having it shipped back to us. This will be weighed against the balance of your refund. So you are better off returning it through the U.S. Post Office and saving yourself some money!
If you are returning a shipment internationally, be sure to mark it with NO VALUE. Any international packages shipped to us that are marked with any value (thus imposing duty payment upon us) will be refused by us.

*RESTOCK FEE FOR GROUP ORDERS: Please note that for returns of ten (10) or more items of the same design, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to you. So if you aren't sure the item you see is the right color for you, just order one - and if it doesn't work for you, send it back for the full refund! And if it does, order the rest!
And don't worry - there is no re-stocking fee if you are just exchanging your group of items for a new design!
By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 30-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
