Terms Of Sale
These Terms of Sale (including all documents to which these Terms of Sale link) apply to your purchase of goods from Tie Bar Holdings LLC, doing business as "Tie Bar" ("Company," "we," or "us"). Please review these Terms of Sale carefully as they control your purchase of products. If you do not wish to accept these Terms of Sale, do not order products or services offered on or through https://www.thetiebar.com/ (the "Website").
We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Unless you are combining payment with a Tie Bar Gift Card, only one method of payment is accepted at checkout.
Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processors in accordance with our privacy notice.
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Website (each such purchase, a "Transaction"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION.
You grant the Company the right to provide information you provided in connection with the Transaction to our third-party payment processors to facilitate the completion of your Transaction. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.
2. Shipping Policies For Domestic Orders
Please see our shipping page for details about our shipping policies, costs, and timeframes.
For in-stock items ordered before 1 PM ET, we typically ship items the same day the order is placed. Otherwise, orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific shipment request and we will do our best to accommodate.
3. Shipping Policies For International Orders
There is no free shipping available for international orders. Please visit our shipping page for details about the shipping of international orders. Any international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays with your country's Customs Office.
4. Returns And Exchanges
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please see our returns page for the details of our return policy and to initiate a return. A $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for return shipping costs (for domestic orders).
Only items that are unworn and in new condition may be returned and returns must be shipped with the original packing slip. All face masks are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
Items labeled as "final sale" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days from the time your return is delivered to our warehouse for us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, the credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank. Any shipping charges you may have incurred are not refundable.
5. Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
6. Custom And Wholesale Orders
Through our Website, we offer the ability to customize certain products and make wholesale purchases. Please visit the custom ties and accessories page for more information. Custom and wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
