Overview:
Duties:
- Partner with Store Managers to own regional press relationships and provide partnership support as needed (sourcing event opportunities, networking, panels, shopping events etc.)
- Assist Communications Manager with media pitching (store news, new collections, partnerships, product launches, seasonal trends, etc.), owning the pitches in regional store marketing
- Provide event support as needed (creation, planning, budgets, execution)
- Oversee product pull fulfillment (media/influencer/celebrity stylist/stores)
- Manage product sample returns
- Manage monthly product sample tracker and keep team on budget
- Mange the PR/media coverage tracker
Job requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar field
- Creative eye and understanding of how to build a brand's aesthetic, buzz, and voice-ability to take photos, write, and voice their opinion
- Deep knowledge and passion for media, (traditional, digital, influencer)
- Willingness to network and entertain in addition to regular office hours
- Understanding of social media - including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+
- Great time-management and multitasking skills

- Hands on approach to day‐to‐day operations ‐ selling, email capture, store recovery, back‐stocking and replenishing the store and stockroom, to set an example for the sales associate team
- Superior customer service skills ‐ greeting, upselling accessories, matching suit and shirt swatches to accessories, measuring customers for dress shirts and pants, engaging in conversation, email capture, etc.
