When does my order get shipped?
All orders are shipped out the next business day. So if you order anytime before 11:59pm CDT, your order will ship the next morning. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping times vary depending on which method of shipping you select (see below).
Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email. So check your email (or junk mail) to view confirmation of your order. On the next business day, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Don’t delete this email until you've received your package! This email will allow you to track your package during its transit to you.

(1) U.S. Post Office - First Class Mail $5.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed for this shipping option.
(2) U.S. Post Office - Priority Mail $7.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed for this shipping option.
(3) FedEx Ground $8.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in approximately 1-5 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(4) FedEx Express Saver 3-day Guaranteed $11.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in just 3 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(5) FedEx 2-day Guaranteed $19.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive in just 2 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(6) FedEx Standard Overnight Guaranteed $39.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive the next business day after shipping by 3:30pm. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(7) FedEx Priority Overnight Guaranteed $44.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive the next business day after shipping by 10:30am. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(8) FedEx First Overnight Guaranteed $74.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. And your shipment will arrive the next business day after shipping by 8:30am. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered.
(9) I need my items sent out today! Not tomorrow! In the event that you need some items shipped out today (and not tomorrow), call us toll free at 877-888-TIES. We might be able to help you out (but no promises). Please note that a "business day" is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays. International Shipping
Canada
We offer 2 different shipping methods to Canada:
(1) USPS Postal International Service. Cost is a flat $9.99 for orders of $149 or less. Cost is flat $15.99 for orders of $150 or more. With USPS Postal International Service, there will be no way to track your order after it has shipped. And while estimated delivery times are usually accurate, understand that by selecting this less expensive shipping method, the actual delivery time may be far beyond the estimate and in some instances, may never be delivered. This is because The Tie Bar cannot control this service in any way. So if you are choosing USPS Postal International Service, you are agreeing not to hold The Tie Bar responsible in any way for late or non-deliveries. (For guaranteed delivery, please choose FedEx International service.)
(2) FedEx International Service. Cost is a flat $19.99. Any size order. Any quantity. No limit. You will pay duties and brokerage fees but your packaged is guaranteed to be delivered to you. Contact your government for more information on these amounts. Shipping time is between 2 and 4 business days after shipping.
All other countries
We offer 2 different shipping methods to the rest of the world:

Terms and Conditions for International Shipping
We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's Customs Office. It happens every once in a while, and we simply have no control over it. Please also note that the recipient is solely responsible for payment of GMT, customs/brokerage fees or import duties, if any. Again, it's out of our hands.
If you purchase from us for international delivery, but you fail to claim or pick-up your order, or you fail to pay brokerage or duties, then you are implicitly authorizing us to charge your credit card for the shipping cost to have return the order to us ($19.99 for Canada or $25.99 for all other countries.) If you then want the order shipped again, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge.
What is your return/exchange policy?
First and foremost, we want you to be happy.
So if you are not 100% satisfied with our items, you may return them for a full refund or exchange them for new items.*
We ship all domestic exchanges to you for free!
To get the refund, the items must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. To get an exchange, the items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please include your receipt, along with a note as to whether you are returning or exchanging. If you are exchanging, please let us know which items you'd like in exchange and we will send them to you at no additional cost (domestic U.S. orders only)!
However, if you are sending products back for exchange and purchasing new items, that means you have created a new unique order and therefore, you will be charged a new shipping fee ($5.99 for standard shipping).
Credit for your return will be issued back onto the credit card that you used. Naturally, we do not refund for any shipping charges.
We highly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation. Be sure to include your receipt with the return, and you will receive the exchange or a credit back on the charge card used in the purchase within 3 business days from the day we receive the merchandise. Make sure you pay the full cost for postage because we do not accept any packages by COD or that have postage due.
For USPS orders, we highly discourage refusing packages and marking them "Return to Sender" as they either slowly arrive back to us (delaying your
refund) or never make it back here at all. You will NOT receive a refund if your package does not arrive here.
For FedEx orders, if you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the full cost of having it shipped back to us. This will be weighed against the balance of your refund. So you are better off returning it through the U.S. Post Office and saving yourself some money!

*RESTOCK FEE FOR GROUP ORDERS: Please note that for all returns of three (3) or more items of the same design, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to you. So if you aren't sure that the item you see is the right color for you, just order one - and if it doesn't work for you, send it back for the full refund! And if it does, order the rest!
And don't worry - there is no re-stocking fee if you are just exchanging your group of items for a new design!
By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 14-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
